Service fees
We provide services free of charge to those who look to buy or rent properties.

For landlords who would like to use our services to sell or rent their properties, a service fee will incur in the following events:

  • In case of sale, a service fee 3% based on the sale price (excluding VAT) will be charged once the deal is closed and this applies for Bangkok and Hua Hin. For Phuket, the service fee will be 4% (excluding VAT).
  • In case of rent, For Bangkok, once a one year rental agreement is made, a one-month service fee will be charged and renewal is half-month fee. For six months contract, a half-month service fee will be charged. For Hua Hin and Phuket, the service fee will be applied based on rental period:

         For 1-3 month contract, fee is 15% of rental
         For 4-6 month contract, fee is 12% of rental
         And for over 6 contract, fee is 10% of rental.
During when the properties are posted for sale or rent, there will be no registration fees or advertising costs charged to property owners. Plus Property will do the advertising and marketing through various channels at no service charges.
