Condos close to a public park, on the other hand, provide residents with the benefit of having a large natural space for relaxation or exercise at any time of the day. A condominium near a lifestyle centre would provide quick access to street food and convenient shopping at the local flea market.

The price of a condominium unit near a rapid transit station is greatly dependent on the project’s distance from the station. A condominium near a station within a rapid transit line’s extension, in contrast with a central station, will not have as high a price tag but may still offer similar conveniences to residents.
