PLUS Project Residents in Northern Region Partake in Plus Run Fun Love Activity

Naruemon Arpornthanakul, Assistant Managing Director for Residential Project Management at Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, collaborated with the Plus Living Management team in organising the “PLUS Run Fun Love 02 02 2020” activity. It was the first time for a PLUS Run Fun Love activity to be held in the Northern Region.

Some 200 residents from PLUS-managed projects took part in the activity at Huai Tueng Thao Reservoir in Chiang Mai, some opting for the 3.5-kilometre run with the remaining choosing to go with the 7-kilometre run.

Proceeds from the activity were combined with the extra contributions from residents at some 200 PLUS-managed property projects nationwide, resulting in a total of approximately 90,000 baht. The money went towards the purchase of medical equipment for the Mae Tuen hospital in Om Koi district, Chiang Mai province.

The activity is part of the responsibilities of Residential Project Management, whose work involves the management of common areas at property projects, taking care of residents’ livelihood and fostering liveable communities. Together, these tasks are known as “Living Management” and spans across all facets of living.

PLUS Run Fun Love represents one of the services offered under the PLUS Living Management model, where PLUS delivers heartfelt service with acknowledgement to diversity. Services and core administration tasks at projects are delivered in manners that take into account all facets of living, while activities are held to promote sustainable happiness within the community and society.
