PLUS Living Management Business acquires 9 New Residential Projects

Plus Property gains juristic person management work at 9 condominiums and housing developments. A target has been set to oversee 270 residential developments and generate 800 million baht of income in 2021.

The company is leveraging its advantages in residential projects management to augment overall resilience as it pushes forward and wades through a difficult situation in the property market, with a view of achieving sustainable growth and responding to emerging living demands.

Naruemon Arporntanakul, Assistant Managing Director – Property Management Residential Department at Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, disclosed that PLUS’s residential properties management business was still growing –despite the overall economy and property market having yet to be restored to normality 

while also being weighed down by the new wave of COVID-19 infections. This growth was attributable to a continuous demand for property project management service,with the COVID-19 crisis having made especially clear that juristic person management teams for condominiums and housing developments are essential in ensuring safety and hygiene in common areas, as well as in screening against risks and enforcing preventive measures against communicable diseases.

Most recently, PLUS has been entrusted to manage an new 9 residential developments. 6 of these were condominium projects, namely Define by Mayfair Sukhumvit 50, The Reserve Kasemsan 3, The Hudson Sathorn 7, Q Chidlom - Phetchaburi, Sathorn House Condominium and D Condo Onnut-Suvarnabhumi.

3 were house and townhome developments, namely BuGaan Yothinpattana, Narasiri Hideaway and Siri Place Bangna-Thepharak. The target for 2021 is to manage a total of 270 residential developments. Targeted income is 800 million baht, an increase of 15% from 2020.

The residential projects management business is PLUS’s core pursuit and has constantly been generating strength and income for the company. PLUS has made preparations to accommodate growth in the long term, in the aspects of business plan and the continual improvement of service quality.
