Plus Property in top form as it reasserts leadership position in the property management business Q4 income expected to continue growing, with the firm eyeing a 2023 income of 1 billion baht a 15% growth from 2022.
PLUS Property, the leading property project management firm with more than 27 years of work records, revealed Q3 2023 operating results that achieved 750 million baht in income. Growth momentum persists for the company, with expectations for 1 billion baht of total income by the end of this year, which would be a 15% rise from the previous year.
Naruemon Arporntanakul, Assistant Management Director – Project Management Residential Project at Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, revealed “the company’s operating results continue to grow due to supporting force in the final quarter that stemmed from (Thailand) opening up to foreign tourists during high season.
Leading real estate developers have also been holding major campaigns to accelerate purchases and to prepare for year-end transfers. This has had the effect of revitalising the oeverall economy and the property market.
PLUS expects that its property management and associated businesses will continue to grow in line with market mechanisms, as there remains constant demand for residential properties. Meanwhile, residential buildings and housing estates still require the services of professional building management firms, regardless of whether they are newly developed or are projects that have already been delivered to clients.
At present, PLUS oversees more than 380 projects nationwide, amounting to 18 million square meters of area under management. It has remained the top choice for clients in the aspect of residential projects management, with the second half of 2023 having seen the company entrusted with managing new condominium and luxury villa projects.
