Plus Property joins Facilities Management Summit Asia

Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, was represented by Mr. Poomipak Julmanichoti, Managing Director, and Mr. Chan Sirirat, Assistant Managing Director as speakers in the Facilities Management Summit Asia. They were welcomed by Ms. Lavynnia Kunabal, summit organizer. Plus Property presented a case study of the life cycle of facility management, and shared the results of studies of 34 buildings’ electrical and power systems, lift system, sanitary systems, fire protection systems, and air conditioning systems, which are all systems that have high maintenance and replacement costs for equipment and machinery over time. These systems have widespread impacts on building occupants, and time is required to maintain and repair them when damage occurs. The results of Plus Property’s study can be used for budgetary planning in facilities management over the long term. The summit was recently organized at the Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit.
