Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, led by Mr. Anukul Ratpitaksanti, organized a walk-run charity activity, the “Plus Run 4 U Pink Park Village,” for residents of 157 property projects managed by Plus Property. Proceeds of about 150,000 baht from the activity will be donated to the Pink Park Village, Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer Foundation, with no expenses deducted. The company is also implementing a strategy of winning the hearts of residents of properties under its management with the “Beautiful Community – Happiness Starts at Home” Campaign, in order to respond to the needs of customers, and create happiness and warmth from living in quality communities.

Mr. Anukul Ratpitaksanti, Managing Director, Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, revealed that, at present, Plus Property is ranked among the top five residential property management agencies in the market and currently manages 157 residential property projects. Plus Property also recently organized a big walk-run charity activity, the “Plus Run 4 U Pink Park Village,” to send off the year at Benchakitti Park on November 5, 2017, with 500 residents of 157 property projects under the company’s management invited to participate (via advance registration for each activity).

150,000 baht was generated from the 300-baht registration fee paid by each participant, and proceeds will be donated, with no expenses deducted, to the Pink Park Village, Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer Foundation. The foundation was established under the directive of HM Queen Sirikit, Queen Consort of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, to care for underprivileged breast cancer patients.

The “Plus Run 4 U Pink Park Village” activity attracted considerable attention from numerous residents, including property owners and tenants, both Thai and foreign, as the activity not only spread happiness to society through charity, but also strengthened relationships among residents of property projects managed by Plus Property, contributing to pleasant communities and quality of life throughout.

Plus Property has continually organized activities to foster good relations among residents under the “Beautiful Community – Happiness Starts at Home” Campaign, which originated more than seven years ago with the intent of providing diverse activities for residents to participate in, responding to the needs of customers, creating happiness and warmth among families living in properties managed by Plus Property, and ultimately cultivating a pleasant and sustainable society.

“We current conduct both horizontal and vertical Residential Property Management at 157 property projects, with the heart of our work involving managing the expectations of customers at every Plus Property project, enabling customers to feel happy and safe, receive services from professional staff, and enjoy high quality living. This philosophy has given rise to the “Beautiful Community – Happiness Starts at Home” Campaign, which aims to provide new experiences and foster good relations among residents through diverse personal activities and services.

This is part of our long-term strategy to attract customers to our services and to maintain our competitiveness. Next year, in 2018, Plus Property will continually organize activities throughout the year for residents of both detached homes and condominiums managed by our company to participate in. Activities will include praying at nine temples for auspiciousness, the D.I.Y. Workshop, Movie Night, as well as events during different festivals, all organized at properties managed by Plus Property,” Mr. Anukul said.
