When repairs or improvements to common area furniture and amenities would restore lost functionality, PLUS proposes the required budget to the juristic person committee to seek its approval.
#Lotuspondremake This lotus pond was full of algae and murky water. The lotuses in the run-down pond were shrivelled and uncared for. PLUS scrubbed the pond, removed the algae and restored the lotuses. The pond became clean and filled with healthy and flowering lotuses.
