Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, is pleased to report that its facility management portfolio has achieved exceptional performance this year, with the company recently being entrusted by Siam Commercial Bank PCL to manage SCB Park Plaza, an extra large building complex that is one of the country’s most spacious.

Mr. Anukul Ratpitaksanti, Managing Director of Plus Property Company Limited, recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Mrs. Apiphan Charoenanusorn, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Operations of Siam Commercial Bank PCL.

Mr. Chan Sirirat, Assistant Managing Director, Plus Property Company Limited, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, revealed that, “facility management and building engineering will rapidly become a field of interest for new generations in the future as this type of work grows in conjunction with the expansion of urban areas, where numerous high-rise buildings are emerging.

All of these properties need professional managers to extend the useable life of buildings. A well-maintained building will often see its property value increase. Moreover, modern buildings use technology for efficiency in controlling different systems, such as energy management systems.

The increasing complexity of such technology has resulted in building owners turning to experts to manage their facility.”
