Plus Hails Living Management Model’s Attractiveness Gains 4 Major Clients as the Year Draws Down

Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, reveals 2019 figures from its residential projects management business where 4 new clients were added to its portfolio in Q4. The four projects include 333 Riverside from Land & House, Dusit D2 Residences Hua Hin, luxury riverfront condo Supakarn Condominium, and 37-floor high rise condo project The Breeze Narathiwas. 

For the entire 2019, PLUS managed 211 client projects whose total area spanned almost 12 million square metres. The company attributes its success to its “Living Management” strategy which calls for attention to be invested in all dimensions of living. 

Every residential project is administered professionally and the ambience of each project is kept in a pristine condition similar to the date of delivery regardless of the passage of time. PLUS also organises activities in keeping with the diverse lifestyles of residents at each of the projects. 

Naruemon Arporntanakul, Assistant Managing Director for the Property Management Residential Department at Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, revealed that 2019 turned out to be a great year for PLUS’s residential projects management business. 

Operating results met the targets set by PLUS, and the company aims to make headways into diverse types of residential property management as well as expand its reach toward new client groups. There were 211 client projects under PLUS’s living management in 2019, 62% of which were condominium projects and 38% of which were detached home/town home projects. 

The number of client projects increased by 21 from the previous year, and total area under management was almost 12 million square metres. 4th quarter results were especially noteworthy as the 4 newcomer clients were among the country’s top-notch residential projects.

 333 Riverside

1) 333 Riverside, a condominium project situated on the bank of the Chao Phraya River, comprised 2 high rise condominiums and 1 low rise condo that together account for 950 residential units. Developed by Land & Houses and handed over to PLUS for administration on November 1st, the project sat on 11–1–49.5 rai of space.

 Dusit D2 Residences Hua Hin

2) Dusit D2 Residences Hua Hin was a low rise development consisting of two eight-storey buildings situated on 3.5 rai of land. With a total unit count of 364, the 820 million baht project was developed by Enrich States Co., Ltd., a satellite of ENRICH group. PLUS delivered an all-inclusive service for this project, having been involved with management of sales and marketing as well as the administrative functions at the property. 


Supakarn Condominium

3) Supakarn Condominium, a high rise condominium with 35 floors and just 70 units, was situated on the bank of the Chao Phraya River on the side of Charoen Nakhon Rd. The project was approaching 20 years in age when PLUS started delivering its administrative service on December 1st. 


The Breeze Narathiwas

4) The Breeze Narathiwas was a high rise condo project consisting of a single 37-floor building and 294 residential units. The condo was situated on Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Rd., close to Central Rama 3. The building is 8 years old.

At projects with a large number of women living alone, PLUS provides a special service using female staff who have been trained under the Her Forward curriculum – said staff handles various services including general repairs, allowing the residents to enlist the services of the staff with peace of mind. 

PLUS also organises activities for residents at each project to have fun and share good experiences among members of their own households and the neighbors. These activities include DIY classes, art creation, cooking workshops and, among others”, said Naruemon.
