“2020 has been a challenging year for the residential properties management business. Although the overall property circle was experiencing a slowdown, the residential properties management business has notably returned to growth. The work portfolio continued to grow year by year. There were some projects that have been uninterrupted clients for more than 20 years.
In 2020, PLUS’s performance is being highlighted by the acquisition of 29 additional residential projects who now enlist PLUS’s service. 17 were new property developments from Sansiri and 12 were projects belonging to other property developers. The latter comprised Ideo Morph 38, Sathorn Gardens, Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50, The FINE Bangkok Thonglor-Ekamai, The Bangkok Sathorn, MetroLuxe Phaholyothin 2, Vieste Rama II,
PLUME Watcharaphon-Ekkamai, The Pano, H Sukhumvit 43, Chewathai Residence Bang Pho and Chewathai Residence Asoke. The addition of 12 external clients reflect how PLUS’s service meets a standard that is accepted by leading property developers. The aforementioned strengths has allowed PLUS to currently retain 235 client development projects under its residential management portfolio, for a total managed area of 11 million square metres.
