- Repair and maintenance. This category is made up of a foundation course for repair skills and a course for addressing broken water pumps.
- Safety. This category includes a course on inspection and resolution of fire alarms and the fire alarm system, a course on preliminary first aid and a course to train lead work safety officers.
- Electrical work. Includes a course on electrical safety.
- Air conditioning systems. This category offers a course on air conditioning systems, delivered by Daikin.
- Internet systems. Under this category, a course is delivered by True to improve repairmen’s knowledge of internet matters in the 5G era.
The aforementioned courses add to the capacity of repair teams, enabling them to deliver a wider service scope that responds to modern living needs. As a result, the teams are able to make sure the physical attributes at a project remain appealing and in good condition.
