It is one of the few beachfront penthouses located right in the middle of Hua Hin city. The penthouse measures 232-sqm; features 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms; one maid room (with own bathroom); and an L-shaped terrace that can accommodate a long dining table for about 20 people seated. The beachfront penthouse is furnished, and retains the its original layout since launch.
